We’re sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to making the exchange or return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Exchange & Return Policy
- At INTHEGO Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your perfume, you may request an exchange or return in accordance with the policy below.
- Exchange and return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Requests are typically processed within 3 working days after we receive your completed request and the returned product.
- The perfume bottle must contain at least 90% of the original fragrance.
- This policy applies only to 50ml and 100ml perfume bottles.
- This exchange and return policy is valid only for online purchases.
Important Information
- The perfume should be returned in its original bottle and packaging.
- If the original box or bottle is missing or returned in a damaged condition beyond normal handling, a reasonable deduction or service charge may apply.
- Perfumes with negligible usage are eligible for return. If more than 10% of the fragrance has been used, the product will not qualify for a return or exchange.
- Before returning your order, please contact our Customer Support team and share clear photos or videos showing the condition of the product.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your approved exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

Tip: If the fragrance feels too light, try applying it more generously to both your skin and clothing, as fragrances can perform differently depending on skin chemistry.

What would you like us to do?
If your spray nozzle or atomizer is faulty, please select Replace, and we’ll send you a replacement.
Replace: Receive the same fragrance in replacement.
Exchange: Replace your current fragrance with a different one.
Refund: Return the product and receive a refund according to our return policy.
